Our approach to solution implementation is also unique. We engage users of an enterprise early on in the solution development process. This captures their knowledge and desires, while also laying an appropriate foundation for the adoption of new procedures and technology applications. We also encourage proper preparation and instruction for users, knowing it’s not a solution if people cannot or will not use the new methods and technologies to improve what they’re doing.
